Account deletion
Heretoday includes an in-app permanent account deletion flow. Open the app, go to your account settings, and follow the delete account prompts. If you cannot access the app, email us for help.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions, data requests, or account access issues, email the support address above and include enough information for us to identify the account involved.
Safety, abuse, and rights reports
For general safety concerns, use in-app reporting where available. For copyright, trademark, impersonation, or other rights concerns, email us with details and supporting information.
Place information
Heretoday provides travel context for discovery and planning. Place details such as hours, access rules, pricing, and closures can change quickly, so verify critical information with official sources before visiting.
Common questions
If I upload a late post, where will it appear?
Late uploads are grouped by the photo's original date in profile views, so a photo taken in 2025 appears under 2025 in your profile. In Home feed, posts are still ordered by posted date so new uploads are visible to other users right away.
Can I download my own uploaded photos?
Yes, but only for your own posts. You can download photos from a post you uploaded, and the app may ask you to watch a short rewarded ad before the download starts. You also need photo library access on your device.
Why are landmark illustrations not always exact?
Landmark illustrations are AI-generated, so they can be stylized or less precise than real photos. For the most accurate view, check traveler posts and photos from people who have visited the place.
How does sponsored content work?
Some surfaces may include sponsored placements, and Heretoday labels those in-app, for example with Sponsored or Ad. Unless a place is explicitly labeled as sponsored or officially partnered, references are independent and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
