These Terms apply to Heretoday, operated by Happsband LLC.

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Heretoday, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Heretoday.

Sensitive destinations and mature themes

Heretoday may include destinations associated with nightlife, alcohol, gambling, red-light districts, or other mature themes. Listings are provided for informational travel discovery only and are not endorsements or recommendations about suitability for minors.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

User content

You retain ownership of content you share. You grant Heretoday a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate and improve the service.

Community guidelines

Be respectful. Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Prohibited activities

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, spam, or interfere with the app. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access. Do not use Heretoday to solicit sexual services, exploit minors, or facilitate illegal activity.

Third-party services

Heretoday may link to or integrate third-party services. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Affiliation and sponsorship

Some app surfaces include sponsored placements, and we label them in-app. Unless explicitly labeled as sponsored or officially partnered, references to places, landmarks, and establishments are independent and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

AI-generated place descriptions

Some place descriptions in Heretoday, including Fun Fact, Best Time, and History, may be generated or translated with AI assistance. They are provided for informational travel planning and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying critical details before relying on them.

Third-party names and trademarks

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced in the app belong to their respective owners.

Linked accounts

If you add a social or third-party profile link, you represent that it belongs to you or that you have permission to share it. Impersonation and misleading identity claims are prohibited.

Reports and rights claims

For general safety and abuse concerns, use the in-app report tools. For copyright, trademark, or other legal rights claims, contact happsband@gmail.com with details and supporting information. We may review, remove, or update content as appropriate.

Disclaimer

Heretoday provides travel content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, opening hours, closures, pricing, or safety of destinations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heretoday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
